Personal Security
This section of the website has been prepared by members of the Diocesan Clergy Security Monitoring Group: The Archdeacons of Lincoln, and of Stow & Lindsey; the Reverend Canon Ian Shelton; the Reverends Susan Allison and Stephanie Fountain.Issues concerned with the personal security of clergy and lay people who hold the Bishop’s licence may be raised with members of the group, who are responsible for:
- monitoring relevant diocesan policies and their implementation;
- commending good practice in the area of personal security;
- liaising with similar groups serving other dioceses or similar professions;
- gathering and disseminating relevant and up to date information.
