Location: Edward King House, Lincoln (Hybrid working may be available)
Terms: Permanent, 17.5 hours worked between Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00 (pattern to be agreed)
Salary: £40,000 pro rata
Summary
We are looking to recruit a part time, experienced HR professional to fulfil the role of HR Manager for the Lincoln Diocesan Trust and Board of Finance Ltd. The role involves line management of a Clergy HR and Appointments Officer, as well as providing a supportive and collegial service to staff, office holders and the senior leadership team. The position will be to ensure the development, implementation and improvement of high quality, appropriate HR processes, policies and strategies both for employees of the DBF and office holders in the Diocese of Lincoln.

About you
We are looking for applicants who:
- Have a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification and relevant membership.
- Have experience of working in a HR generalist role as well as experience of managing others.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills, can think creatively and have the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
